Coaching emphasizes practical self-defence techniques, safe handling of training weapons, stance and movement, reflexes, balance, and controlled drills to develop confidence, coordination, and real-world readiness.
Sessions are conducted by experienced coaches in a structured, academy-style environment that supports consistent improvement and long-term personal development.
