TERMS & CONDITIONS – PROGRAM ENROLMENT
1. Fee Payment & Billing Cycle
All program fees must be paid between the 1st and 10th of every month, regardless of the date of joining. Fees are payable in advance for the applicable period. Late joining, absence, holidays, batch changes, or partial attendance do not alter the billing cycle.
2. Late Payments & Penalties
If the fee is not paid by the 10th of the month, late payment penalties may be applied as per the Academy’s policy. The Academy reserves the right to suspend training access or services until all outstanding dues are cleared. Continued non-payment may result in termination of enrolment without any refund.
3. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Fees
All fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where explicitly agreed in writing by the Academy.
4. Dress Code, Equipment & Safety Gear
All trainees must wear proper sports attire and prescribed protective gear at all times, as notified by the Academy. Players must attend sessions with sport-specific footwear, apparel, and protective equipment. Players without appropriate equipment may be restricted from participation for safety reasons. Unless otherwise notified in writing, trainees must bring their own personal sports equipment and protective gear.
5. Training Infrastructure & Academy Support
The Academy shall provide training infrastructure, common equipment, and specialized coaching support, subject to availability and operational requirements.
6. Attendance, Timings & Batch Discipline
All trainees must strictly adhere to scheduled training timings, batch schedules, and instructions issued by the Academy or coaching staff. Failure to comply may result in restricted participation or suspension.
7. Conduct, Discipline & Behaviour
Trainees are expected to maintain discipline, decorum, punctuality, and respectful conduct at all times, within and outside the Academy premises. Any misconduct or violation of Academy rules may result in suspension or expulsion without any refund of fees.
8. Use of Images & Videos
By enrolling, the player and/or parent or legal guardian authorizes the Academy to capture and use photographs and videos during training sessions, matches, tournaments, events, or travel for marketing, promotions, and official Academy purposes. No compensation shall be claimed.
9. Training & Performance Disclaimer
The Academy provides structured coaching and development; however, no guarantee is made regarding performance improvement, selection, rankings, or future opportunities.
10. Risk, Injury & Liability Waiver
Participation in sports involves inherent physical risks. Players and/or guardians acknowledge and accept these risks. The Academy shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage occurring within or outside the Academy premises, except as required by applicable law.
11. Medical Emergencies & First Aid
In case of any injury or medical emergency, the Academy’s responsibility is strictly limited to providing basic first aid and initial medical support. Any further medical treatment, hospitalization, surgery, medication, or related expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the trainee and/or parent or legal guardian.
12. Right to Modify Programs
The Academy reserves the right to modify schedules, batch timings, coaches, training methods, infrastructure, or program structure for operational, developmental, or safety reasons.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts within India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Acceptance of Terms
Enrolment in any program constitutes full, unconditional, and binding acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the player and/or parent or legal guardian.
